I am an Area Director for Young Life in Newberry, SC. Since I started following Jesus at fourteen, I have been spending my time making disciples of young people. That calling took me to bible college, where I got a degree in Youth Ministry, Family & Culture. Over the past decade I have belonged to numerous churches of all types, often serving as a worship leader. I am passionate about the local church, but I have often found that the biggest obstacle to lifelong discipleship is the church itself. We need to “church” better, and I have ideas of how to make that happen.
